New Voltar

Voltar is a somewhat obscure character and not often seen Iron Grenadier general. His figure does stand out thanks to that crazy gold helmet, purple uniform and pet condor. Here, we have a version that I think gives him a more realistic look but keeps him flamboyant enough to be Voltar.
